These neck coolers really do work! They'll keep you cooler when working or playing when it's hot outside!  Contrary to the many claims I've read, they won't "Keep you cool for hours", but they certainly do help.  I've found they work best if you have 2: one to wear and one to keep soaking in cold water.  When the first one is no longer cold enough for you, drop it in the cold water and use the one that's been soaking.  Each neck cooler is approximately 2-1/2" wide X 45" long.
